We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, apothecary, and undergarments are final sale.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS Priority International. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Can I pick up my online order at one of your physical locations?

Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your order from our Silver Lake or Santa Monica locations. You will receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for collection.
