At Mohawk General Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Los Angeles flagship location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the arrival, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
